Our focus is on grant writing, project management, fundraising, technology, and special projects for non-profit and governmental organizations. We are available to manage grants projects as well as to help you meet other organizational challenges.
As Acting Director of Grants at Saint Michael's Medical Center in Newark, N.J. since mid-2009, we have had the privilege to work with a great number talented people dedicated to improving healthcare in this underserved area. We have appreciated the confidence shown in us as we help to manage a multi-million dollar grants portfolio and gain new funders.

Our Director of Consulting Services, John Vadnais, M.B.A., has extensive experience in business and nonprofits. He has founded three businesses, advised on forming 501(c)3 non-profit organizations, and has sat on multiple non-profit boards. He was Vice President of two consulting firms including a publicly-traded corporation. He brings this experience to the non-profit and governmental arenas.
Based in Princeton, N.J., we serve organizations in New Jersey and the entire East Coast corridor, as well as across the country via internet technology.
We wish to help our partner organizations to perform their helping missions with high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
